Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Custom and Festive Products: Due to the personalised nature of our custom and festive products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

2. Non-Custom Products: For non-custom items, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unopened condition.

  • In its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Tags are attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

How to Return or Exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return or exchange.

Exemptions:

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on items damaged due to improper use or care.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
